Just a quick post to say that I'll soon start updating my rec list again. Err, starting with the recs I was supposed to put up in December. Whoops! O_O

:: About my art lists ::
I've moved all of my art lists to my Insanejournal, so from now on they can only be found there. I still left the posts on my LJ though, but I deleted all of the art links from there and just left a link to the lists on IJ instead. The updated links are below:

HP crossover fanart
Please change your links if you have them. For those of you that are reading my journal on other journals - you won't miss anything if you're not reading my IJ. I'm going to make posts on LJ, etc, linking to IJ when I update the art lists or post more art recs.
:: About my fic lists ::
From now on they can only be found on my Livejournal. It'd be just too much work to keep them updated on two or more journals... But, again, you're not going to miss anything if you're reading on other journals, because I'll crosspost all updates. :)

I've updated all of the lists, except the HBP-compliant ones (HP/DM, HP/SS). I don't think I'll ever update them again... Maybe some day, if I'll have time and if I'll feel like it. :P Anyway, recent updates:

:: Missing links ::
I checked all of the links on my art lists to see if all of them still worked, and to try and find off-LJ links. I've found that a couple of links don't work anymore, or are f-locked. Does anybody know where I could find working links? :) ( Missing / f-locked art )
Also, I still haven't found some of the fic links from my rec list. Here is the post with the missing fic links. Please go look and tell me if you know where I can find any of the fics. :)

OMG YAY I'm finally done with updating my H/D rec list!!! :D
Sorry it took me such a long time, but I had to replace a lot of links. I tried to find links that weren't on LJ, which meant that I had to try and find them for every story that didn't have two links off-LJ (I like to have two links to each fic, just in case one of them doesn't work). So, there was a lot of work with that. Plus I also removed all LJ user and community icons, so that now it all looks like text and there are no icons. I've noticed the rec list loads faster because of this. :)
The most annoying thing happened tonight, though, when I was actually updating it... For some reason LJ thought some of the posts were too large. Which was ridiculous because I checked the posts where it didn't complain, and those were much larger! So I had to split some of the categories, and that basically took me all evening. Bah. But at least I'm done now! :D
I haven't added that many new recs, because I haven't had the time to read a lot for the past few weeks. But you can see those that I've added here (new category for new fics). And I've also added a DH-compliant category for the fics on my rec list, which can be found here. And that's basically it. Not a lot has changed on the rec list, but it looks so pretty now!!! :D Go look at it! :D *my preciousss*
By the way, I'm going to be updating my H/D rec list only on LJ from now on. It'd be too much work to keep copying the list to the other journals... I have the code saved, though, so if I have to move, there won't be any problems with moving the rec list as well. :)
I'm probably going to keep the art lists on IJ though, and just link to them from here. I'm going to update them next. :)

I've finally updated my H/D rec list. There are 35 new fics on the list, and I've also added a bunch of new jobs categories. I've added those that I've noticed people often look for. I've also made some changes to the old categories, so that they're more organised. :)
And now I'm going to go reread the ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) blythely fic. :D

I haven't added all of the Deathly Hallows funny fanart yet, because of spoilers. I'm probably going to wait a week or two before I add them, because just the titles of the art can be spoilery. If you've come across any funny DH fanart, please tell me. You can just post the link without the title, so that people won't get spoiled by reading the comments. :) Or if you know of any other fanart that fits into any of the lists above, please tell me, I'll really appreciate it. :D

So that's it for updates for now. I'm going to be working on my H/D rec list this weekend... I have a few new categories to post. People have asked for them a few months ago, so I figure I should finally post them. I just want to read through the ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) hd_holidays fics first, so I can add all of those fics at once.
Okay, so now I'm going to go drink some tea and relax. It's really weird... I'm ill, and I slept during the afternoon, but now when it's night I can't sleep. I'm feeling a bit hyper actually. *bounces* :) Feel free to poke me on Y!Messenger - I'm feeling chatty! :D

H/D rec list - 13 new.
Horcruxes list - 1 new.
Art lists:
Fanart making fun of canon - 6 new. I also expanded that list a bit, so it now also includes not just fanart making fun of the books, but also other "canon", namely the films. And I also made a separate section with the created in anticipation of Deathly Hallows and on the basis of the cover art for the book.
Two new lists: Fanart making fun of fanon (fanfic clichés and similar) and HP crossover art. I posted these last night, but I added to them today again. So if you saw them last night, you might want to check them again. :)
I'm still going through the art bookmarks. I thought I'd make a few more lists (one or two), for example one could be historical fanart. This would be art where the characters are drawn in other historical periods, for example the Second World War or the Roman era. Would anybody be interested in me making that list? :)
Misc.:
gossymer wants to know which new authors or stories you have recently discovered. And she's also also looking for H/D fanart recs. :)

Woohoo! I bring updates! LOTS of updates! I've basically updated all of the lists I'm keeping. Okay, except the Snarry one. I think I'll just give up on that one, and make a Snarry rec list of it. Someday. :P Anyway, here are the updates:

Oh, err, right. I forgot to mention that I've updated the HBP-compliant H/D list yesterday. There are 13 new additions on the list. I have a few more bookmarked, but I didn't have the time to go through all of them. I promise I'll make the next update soon (meaning in the next two weeks).
And now back to writing the presentation for tomorrow... :(

This is just a quick post to say that my rec list has been updated. I've fixed all of the authors' names from the holiday exchange fests, and added a bunch of new fics to the list. Most of them are from the fests. :) If you see any mistakes, please tell me. I noticed that I mixed the authors and the recipients for some of the fics and I had to go back to fix that, so if you notice that I've done that for any of the other fics, please please tell me. I did check twice, but it's so easy to miss it. :P
